Thanks everyone for a really good stay in September. The location was perfect, in a great location to explore the surrounding attractions and the interior design was modern. Moreover, it's near to the bar and restaurant areas. The hotel was impeccably clean with very helpful staff.

Accommodating staff interactions. Brilliant location short walk to a car show and Whitby, and good service. Also, in a quiet village.

The family suite delivered solid comfort with a cozy sitting area perfect for relaxation after adventures. Enjoyed a hearty breakfast selection with locally sourced ingredients.
The overhead shower needs attention, as the pressure felt inadequate for a satisfying rinse. The absence of basic toiletries like shower caps and products was disappointing, which can be inconvenient if you're not prepared. On arrival, there was confusion over dog charges. Initially quoted a flat rate turned into a nightly fee. Noise from the pub downstairs disrupted relaxation, especially during late evening hours. The decor struck me as a bit dated, lacking the warmth that could make the space more inviting.

The suite provided ample space for our family, comfortably accommodating five. Breakfast was a standout, offering generous portions and catering inclusively for dietary needs, including dairy-free options. A lovely touch was the chef preparing sausages for our dog. The quiz night led to slower service during dinner, and while our food was good, the long wait for our meals was noticeable. Despite this, the vibrant atmosphere and attentive staff enhanced our visit significantly.
